i dont have health insurence and cant vist a doc.
i do smoke marijuana but it is an infection i can tell.
home remedies,abstract stuff all welcome. i really need help with this one.

Fluids, rest, musinex and garble with warm salt water.
The MJ got nothing to do with it. And home remedies will not kill an infection so if it has been a week you will need to see a Dr. There are these things called clinics.
