Sinus Medication Solution

I get them so bad at night that I now have to sleep with a knit cap on my head to keep my head from swimming. I miss swimming with my kids because I’m always thinking the water in my ears will make my head swirl. I feel like my head is filled with water and my ears and eyes ache. I was diagnosed with Vertigo but was told there was nothing to cure that. (what is that actually?) Needing HELP!! Thx.

I am looking for some old time remedies for Sinus Infection that people say work good!

my sinuses are so bad right now, i have a sinus infection, my eyes are bloodshot, i cant breathe out of one nostril, i just need some relief. my mom bought me a neilmed netti pot witht he medicine you put in it. do you know if these things really help?
i also got antubiotics and some other medicine but she said that this would help the most

I have doxycycline left over from a trip to africa. it is used for malaria prevention. i now have a sinus infection that wont go away. i looked up doxycycline on line and saw that it is used for certain infections but sinus was not listed. the articles say that it may be used for other purposes not listed. will it kill a sinus infection?
