Sinus Medication Solution

The medicines im taking is
1.Cold multi symptom day time
2.cold multi symptom night time
3.theraflu warming relief cold and chest congestion

they sorta work but im really tired but i cant sleep because i cant breath through my nose, if i fall a sleep breathing with my mouth.. i wake up and my mouth stings, like my nose, because its super dry
also im drinking alot of fluids like orange juice for vitamin C

I’ve had this sinus headache for a little over 24 hours – I’ve tried some Sudafed, sleeping it off, that “Head On” that you rub on your forehead. I have to go to work tomorrow… Any suggestions for relief?

For about 1-1/2 years I’ve had a constant sinus infection. My doctor and allergist have tried numerous regimes of antibiotics but it never seems to go away. Can sinus infection cause other ailments?
