Sinus Medication Solution

Or can you have a sinus problem that causes the pressure, tiredness, pain and headaches without it showing on a CT scan or Xray? (Ive had both and both were clear)
I am sure its sinus related as the only relief is if I inhale steam with olbus oil or snort salty water up my nose – although the relief is v shortlived! Painkillers dont help…
Ive had a MRI scan but have to wait 10 days to see the doctor for the results….
Any advice appreciated! I am SURE its sinus related!

I’m miserable and can’t get to the doctor til this weekend. Also what can be done about repeated sinus infection all winter? I get them constantly.

i have a tendency to get sinus infections, and have another one i think. i don’t have insurance, and even if i did i’ve never had much success with antibiotics for my sinus infections.
what are some ways to treat a sinus infection at home?
i usually irrigate with plain warm water a couple times a day & spray saline solution in there frequently. anything else i should do, or do differently??
