Sorry never heard of that one, but if you have problems with sinus then get yourself a bottle of ‘Echinacea’ One tablet and your sinus’ are cleared for days. You can buy the little black pills at the drugstore.

I talk about how I now suspect this was no ordinary sinus infection. I think I have healed on a deeper level than that. Also, I discuss how I woke up this morning and discovered I can eat frozen foods without wincing in pain!! :) I froze a banana and was planning on eating it very slowly and carefully, but to my amazement I was able to chomp away without any pain, haha! Amazing… Never would have thought that it was possible to get rid of it…I’ve tried toothepastes in the past that say they get rid of sensitivity, but nothing has ever helped. In the past when I would eat ice cream or anything else cold I would have to curl up my lip over my teeth and take small nibbles. Thank you for watching :)

I am documenting my water only fast to share with others whether or not it helps me get over a sinus infection. My whole life I have had asthma and allergy problems so getting a sinus infection is very common for me…I get sick once or twice a year; however, in the past I would just take an antibiotic and I’d feel better within about two days. This time I want to try something new. Instead of relying on antibiotic that just get stronger and stronger I want to try and heal naturally on my own. I want to see if this technique will aid me in taking care of the problem at the root instead of the symptoms twice a year. Perhaps I will not get sick again as easily if I stop relying on antibiotics and instead focus on exercising my immune system. I invite everyone to take a look to see whether or not this works :) Wish me luck!
