Im currently on medication for my sinus infection/strep troath..my doctor gave me antibiotics,but i wanna know if there is any home remedies to rejuvenate my voice.thanks..

I’m in a show right now (I’m a huge part), and I have a sinus infection. My voice is all scratchy. Other than tea with lemon juice and honey, what can help my voice clear up! (Hopefully by tomorrow.) I’m on meds for the sinus infection, as of an hour ago. HELP, PLEASE.
I am trying to get over a bad sinus/ear/chest infection thing and my voice is still horse and I can hardly utter a word. It has been like 3 weeks already and I am getting frustrated. I tried throat drops, cough syrup, tons and tons of water drinking, gargling salt water and nothing?! Any home remedies or things I can try????
I hope someone can help. I have to sing tomorrow and I had a sinus infection that was causing my voice to start nearly going out and now it’s scratchy. It’s getting better but still not it’s best. Does anyone know a good way to get rid of this. I know of hot tea and honey. Maybe someone can help me with a quick reliever? Thanks All.
