Sinus Medication Solution

I have had very severe sinus headached for about 7months. Only pain on my left side. Gets worse when I lie down, and affects my vision on my left eye. I take approximately 30 sinus headache pills a day. I take 2-4 pills every 2-4 hrs, even at night I have to wake up to take them. They are tearing up my stomach very bad. I think I’ve developed an ulcer from them b/c I vomitt all time, especially after I eat or drink soda. I been treated for sinus infections and migraines. I have yet to find anything that helps. I also use the “Nasa Flo” system which is a saline solution rinse. No Help. Can anyone please give me some suggestions for something, medicine or natural, to try.

I need help here.
For years and years I have been getting very, very, very bad headaches.
They are normally so intense that I have to lie in a dark room or constantly apply counter pressure to my temples, forehead and sinus to alleviate the pain. I had tried all kinds of medication and herbal relief including paracetemol, migraine medication, extra strength pain killers and sinus related headache medication.
My diet is balanced and healthy, and I get ample sleep.
Can someone help me here?

I have insurance but it does not cover more than a few dollars here and there. I want to try and fix it myself lol! Please help!

I’ve got a sinus infection,and I’m on anti biotics. I suffered with it for almost 3 weeks before getting on the med.’s,..( I hate going to the dr.), and I guess it has gotten worse! I’ve only been taking the anti biotic for 3 days,but along with it, and before it I’ve tried Benedryl,Advil Sinus,Tylenol, nothing is taking away the pain and pressure! The pain is behind my eyes, and pressure in my head, and forhead. I’m a wife and mother, so dealing with this kind of pain has me crazy!!!!! Please help, any suggestions??????

what do you use as pain relief? Its like a sharp apain in my forhead and behind my eyes…and advil doesnt work!!!
