Question by Ashley: Is this a sign of a sinus infection?
My boyfriend has had one pretty heavy nosebleed everyday for three days now from the same nostril. He has a sinus headache and is stuffy. He’s never had nosebleeds before now. Can a sinus infection cause a nosebleed.
He also does not have allergies.

It is possible, especially if his allergies lead to dry cavities. That is the main reason for nose bleeds – assuming he has no underlying conditions.

Most people think they do not have allergies – but usually the stuffyness is due to allergies – unless you know for a fact he has a virus. I had no allergies as a child – but as an adult I now have allergies to pollen.

I UPLOADED IT MIKE ARE YOU HAPPY. Yeah, so, I don’t have any editing software for videos so this is pretty awful. D’: If I did, it would be slightly better. And I know I sound like a 12-year-old transfestite with a sinus infection; you don’t have to point it out. :P

Earadicator.com- Tho my Etube did not feel clogged up – I was having severe neck and face pain- and I did feel my Etube was involved. I kept using 4 way spray normally as directed, in my nostrils, and this eventually came out when I inhaled sharply thru my nose to ’suck’ some phlegm down. A thing fell into my throat, almost down my windpipe! I felt it was thick and harder then normal mucus, I coughed reflexively and it spat out in my hand! Question by Vix L: Getting rid of this horrible headache?
I’ve had a headache since last Sunday. I’m guessing it’s a sinus headache since it hurts when I turn my head but my nose isn’t stuffed up. I’ve got a humidifier and I’ve tried using it but it just doesn’t help. Pills aren’t giving me much relief either, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

Headaches are caused by tight neck muscles for they go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles that go around your head. When the neck muscles are tight they pull on the muscles going around your head and when they go into pain you have your headache. to get rid of the headache you have to free up your neck muscles and here’s how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
