I have a sinus infection so I have been blowing my nose non-stop! IS there anything I can do for my dry cracked lips? They hurt so much! I have been using chapstick but it doesn’t seem to be helping!
I make tinctures for my children and myself and I am wondering what herbs prevent sinus infection I read up on this long ago and forgot the herbs.I know how to take care of them that’s not what I Wish to know PREVENT is what im out for.Links would be nice I would like to read up on the herbs before making my tinctures.Thanks!
I have sinusitis for the past 15 years and it is getting worse on and off.. it depends on the food sometimes like Ghee and vegegable salads makes worsens the nasal blocks
I have nasal block almost all the time and I use Otrivin nasal drops to get relieved I can say that I am adicted to it
if it is more worst I use Rhinocart a Steroidal nasal spray to get quick relief and it works only some weeks or months then gets worse. Doctors adviced me FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery) but according to the doctors’ openion this will work for few months and I will have the same problem when infection arises.
is there a permenant solution to it can some one help me that leads me non-surgical permenent healing…
I have a horrible sinus and ear infection, i know this because i get them all the time. I cannot afford to go to the doctor right now, does anyone know a remedy?
