Sinus Medication Solution

Ok, iv been to the doctor a million times… and still no answers… iv been gettin headaches every single day.. and i have this horrible pressure feeling in my head and ears… Like a fullness… I have no other sypmtoms, no runny nose, or sneezing or stuffyness or anything so i really dont think its sinus related.. im having an mri of my brain in the morning… some people say stress but i dont know about that, im on zoloft 50mg, but the doc recently uped me to 100mg to see if it helps with the headaches. that was 5 days ago and still no change.. Does anyone know anything about this, or know anyone who has been through this.. what could it be, im going to lose my mind if i dont get some relief soon!!!

My nose is stuffed and runny, and the mucus comeing out of my nose is a light greenish color, but still green enough to tell it is green, the roof of my mouth itches as do the insides of my ears (like all the way in) and at random times I feel a sharp pain in one of my ears (they kind of switch off) Thanks Oh and if it gets worse will I get a fever? What are the symptoms of ear and sinus infections?

I need to know the difference between a sinus infection and a cold. I’m all stuffed up with a fever, runny nose, and sore throat. Do I need anti-biotics?

I have really bad sinus ache on my forehead but my nose isn’t stuffy. I’m also sensitive to the light.
Is this an infection?

My ENT will not take a culture to test for funal sinus infections even though I have chronic infections. Is there anybody who has funal sinus infections and if so what are your symtoms?
