Sinus Medication Solution

I’m pretty sure my nose is stuffed up because a cold but the sinus and allergy box claims relief for everything I’m expriencing. Do you think it’ll help even though it’s not Sudafed Sinus and Cold?

can i take sudafed for very painful sinuses i have just started citalopram 20mg so i am also getting side effects from them such as nausea dizziness. but i have unbelievable sinus pain around my eyes and am desperate for some relief.
