Sinus Medication Solution

All day long I am fine. As soon as I lay down my sinuses clog up and I can barely breath. I do breathing exercises to relax my nasal canal, it gives some relief, only one nasal opens up. When I switch sides I am laying on it switches nasal passages. I believe this is the source of my snoring. What should I do?

How do you stop sinus pressure and pain in your face without having to use meds? I have been blowing my nose which creates temporary relief but after about 30 mins I feel stuff again. I looked up my nose and each nostril has like these little inflamed pillows on the sides that are pretty much closing my nostrils up. What are those?PLease help!
