Sinus Medication Solution

ive had a headache for two weeks now on the top of my head i went to the dr today and she had me lean forward and asked me if i felt dizzy and i did so she told me i have a sinus infection and my nose is stuffy, is this a reason to stay home from work?

should i stay home if i have a sinus infection? i stayed home today, i get drowsy,shortness of breath, aches and pains, and the occasional sneezing fit.
