Yesterday, after running in the cold, I now have swollen and sore sinuses, allergy-like symptoms and it HURTS to breathe in through my nose. But I have not congestion. Any suggestions on how to make the pain in my nose go away?

I am on antibiotics for sinus infection but have these places on the back of my head that are sore and tender when you touch them. Also my head is “buzzing”. I have pain back of my ears also. Is this all from the sphenoid sinus? Has anyone had this and what did you do? Thanks

i have used cloreseptic spray, garggled salt water, cough drops, tylenol cold and sinus. nothings working. had this for 6 days now, and it hurts most when i try to swallow.
