Yesterday, after running in the cold, I now have swollen and sore sinuses, allergy-like symptoms and it HURTS to breathe in through my nose. But I have not congestion. Any suggestions on how to make the pain in my nose go away?

Also my head is “buzzing”. I have pain back of my ears also. Is this all from the sphenoid sinus? Has anyone had this and what did you do? Thanks
