Ballon Sinuplasty Sinusitis affects 37 million Americans annually and although medications may help the majority of people, there are still many that require additional procedures for relief of their symptoms. Often referred to as “angioplasty for the nose,” balloon sinuplasty is an innovative procedure used for the treatment of chronic sinusitis. An endoscopic procedure performed under general anesthesia in an outpatient setting, balloon sinuplasty does not require incisions and cutting or the removal of bone and tissue. There is generally less pain, risk of infection, blood loss, bruising and swelling and many patients are often able to return to their normal activities in less time than they would from traditional “open” sinus surgery. Candidates for Balloon Sinuplasty Balloon sinuplasty may be particularly beneficial to patients that have had their sinus problems diagnosed early. Question by swthrtlaura07: How do you know if its just sinuses or a sinus infection? Is neck pain a side effect?
I’ve been congested and stuffed up now for almost 2 weeks. The last few mornings when I wake up I can barely move my neck. How can I tell if the stuffed up/runny nose is just a common cold or a sinus infection? Is the sore neck anything to do with it or could I just be sleeping weird at night and that’s why my neck bothers me in the morning?
Best answer:
Answer by TX Mom I don’t like the sore neck symptom at all. If you were my kid, I’d take you to the doctor pronto.
I’m sick with a cold so i went to the doctor to get Amoxicillin, also with sinus relief nasil spray. After taking Amoxicillin, and the spray, and hour went by and i was vomiting on going for 10 hours, even when there was nothing left. Then I started tasting a bitter flavor when i Vomited, maybe the nasil spray? Also, i got this red dot rash all over my face.
What do the red dots mean and why did i get so sick with the two medicines with ongoing vomit every 10 mins. Does Amoxicillin (Cold medicine) have that side affect usually?
also does it depend what kind you take?
wait so i should stop taking, what happens if i dont go back to a doctor without taking amoxicillin? will vomiting still continue unless alergy is cured?
also the red dots on my face are vibrating over and over. Is that a sign too?
