Question by happymomof2: When should antibiotics start to work so I feel some relief?
I started taking antibiotics a day ago, but I’m miserable and I want to know when it will start helping me feel better.
I was diagnosed with an ear-infection and sinus infection. I was running a fever for ten days when I went in. I waited because I thought it was just a cold. Oops.
Now I have a fever, ear-ache, and I’m dizzy which is causing nausea. Ughhh.
Any idea when antibiotics will start working enough to help???

Answer by TweetyBird You should start feeling a difference in about 48 hours after the first dose taken but you can help yourself greatly if you treat some of your symptoms. The fever, the pain of the ear ache, the nausea.

Question by Mandolyn Monkey Munch: How long should I wait to workout after having a sinus infection?
I started getting sick last week- and it turned into a sinus infection. I love working out and am very dedicated to doing so, but know I should not do much with a sinus infection as it can get worse. I was given antibiotics 2 days ago and began taking them right away. How soon is too soon to start working out again? (I am talking cardio/weights –like circuit workouts)

Answer by Allejandro The answer is in yourself, Workout when ever you feel fit to do so. This means one day you may be able to and the next you may not. Just know your limits and do everything you can do.
