Sinus Tachycardia 100-150 bpm (AHA Guidelines 2005). Impulses originated from the SA node with a notched R wave (making it look wider). There is a block in either the Left or Right bundle branches. 12-Lead ECG is needed to identify the delay of conduction. Modified Chest Leads (MCL) 1 or 6 are used for continuous monitoring.
