Answer by bp1735 I have been helped by antibiotics and steroids. But if you want an all natural remedy, tell her to try using a neti pot. This uses a saline solution to irrigate the sinuses. Use a mixture of 1 pint DISTILLED water, 1 teaspoon KOSHER salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Make sure it is DISTILLED water. Have her lie on her side, pour the solution in the top nostril, and let it drain out the other nostril. It is messy and disgusting. I would also ask her doctor to make sure it is OK for her to do so. No sense taking any chances.
I am not a doctor and I can’t take any responsibility for any possible problems. If there’s a one in a million chance that she has a problem, I can’t take any responsibility. But this has worked well for me.
