I have been dealing with a sinus infection for a year now (non-bacterial). I am finished with medications but would still like to find relief. Any suggestions?

Get a bulb syringe, make a solution of salt and warm water (light on the salt) and lean over the sink and insert the syringe into one side of your nose and flush your sinuses out. At first this will be weird and may burn a bit but with practise it will get easier.
When we breathe in, our nose filters a lot of ‘crap’ that shouldn’t go to the lungs. Because of the design a lot of toxic and inert stuff stays in there, and some of it stays in the deeper sinuses.
Mold can grow out of this funk over time and really reek havoc on our health. Flushing the air system is very necessary to good respiratory health.

I’ve had the flu all week and I am desperate for some relief from the sinus congestion. It’s so tight and nothing is budging. I have tried OTC decongestants, prescription cough syrup, a neti pot, inhaling steam, taking hot showers/baths, chicken soup…you name it. I have never had congestion this stubborn. Are there any tried-and-true remedies I haven’t already listed??

I have had a whoping headache for a bit over a week after being ill with a cold for two or three weeks. My guess is that my headcold turned into a sinus infection, and I need to know how to get rid of it without having to go to the doctor (poor college student who can’t afford a doctor visit). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, and God bless.
