Question by Khklh: I have a stomach virus or flu, any advice on relief?
My sisters caught some sort of stomach thing and I happen to catch it also. I woke up at 6:00 in the morning yesterday to find myself in extreme agonizing pain. I have felt hot all day, not sure if it’s from my raging allergies/sinuses, or a fever from the virus. I took a mintox stomach reliever around 7:30, only an hour and a half after I woke up from sick stomach pains. I’m not sure if it did anything but here’s my problem.

My sisters were both able to throw up, and as time should tell, throwing up makes you feel a ton better when you’re sick with a stomach bug. Well I never did. I had about an hour interval where I kept running to the bathroom thinking I was going to throw up. I had the saliva build up, and the acid building up in my throat. But I never vomited. Now my stomach has been hurting real bad lately. I think the acid burnt it up and made it sour, but it is definitely torn up.

Is it safe without reprecussions to not throw up when everyone else was with a stomach bug? How can I relieve my symtoms? I sipped on some coke earier, and just now ate 2 pieces of bread and drank a cup of water. Is it normal to be sick feeling for almost 24 hours?

Question by muaythaiguy: I have horrible allergies how can I get relief?
I can honestly say that for the last 13 years out of the 16 years of my life I have never breathed in a single normal breath of air through my nose and had my sinuses completely clear. It’s always stuffed up or some shit and when I try to breathe through my nose I can only breathe through one nostril and it makes a whistling noise because it is all inflammed and swollen in there.

I take Reactin and stuff but it hardly helps. I can’t even walk outside on summer holidays or ride my bike because I start getting itchy eyes, a headache, a sore throat, and my nose gets 10x worse.

How can I relieve myself from this?
I have also tried other allergy medications, benedryl and all that sh*t it doesn’t help and it’s not healthy to top it all off. What should I do?
