Sinus Medication Solution

Anyone know a quick way to get over a sinus infection without going to a doctor or taking antibiotics?

Does anyone have a quick home remedy that could fix my sore sinuses.
I’m going to the doctor soon but I would just like something to ease the pain.

I feel like I’m cloged and stuffy, but I’m not. It feels like this behind the the nose and between the trought and nasal passage. My head hurts and body too. I feel too, my throught is a bit uncomfortable.

My sinuses have been bothering me for 4 days now. I have been rinsing with warm salt water and feel like it is clearing me out, but the pain is worse today than ever. Any suggestions for quick pain relief?

I think i may have a sinus infection and i have to go to a concert in 8 minutes. any quick remedies? ty
