Sinus Medication Solution

or for that matter, nothing over the counter-for more than a little while. I’ve tried home remedies that I know of like hot tea and lemon but nothing is working. Does anyone know of a great cough remedy? It has been over 3 weeks now!

i have tried decongestants, eating lots of fruit, drinking lots, vitamin tablets, garlic etc nothing works! my sinus’ are so blocked!! any advice for a quick relief without spending loads or having to search for unusual vitamins?
