Sinus Medication Solution

Yes today I have got a runny nose and I have been through two boxes of three ply of facial tissues.

Yesterday I was having some allergy/sinus problems and this morning when I woke it was worse than yesterday. My throat was hurting and at first I thought I had a sinus infection but now I’m just not sure. I’ve had 3 bloody noses today (It’s normal for me to get bloody noses in the winter). My first 2 bloody noses were kind of heavy but then I decided to put a pot of boiling
water with vicks on the stove (cause it was dry in the house) and put a towel over my head and breath in the vapors. Then I went online to look up some home remedies for bloody noses and I found one where you put vinegar on a cotton ball and put it up your nose. Its supposed to help with the vessels in your nose. Then when my husband came home for lunch he got the humidifier out of the closet and got it running.

My question is what other home remedies are good for bloody noses and also what are some different methods for getting some sinus/allergy relief?
I’ve tried saline nasal spray in the past and it tends to give me a bloody nose and a headache.
