Sinus Medication Solution

Question by Zach: Is it normal for ears needing to be popped constantly while you have a sinus infection?
I have a sinus infection and my ears feel like they need to be popped about every 1-2 hours…is this normal?

Any suggestions and answers are greatly appreciated

I am suffering from a fairly bad sinus infection. I saw the doctor today and have started antibiotics and Nasonex, but I am finding my neck is very stiff sore (i.e. it hurts to turn my head either way).

This statred as a cold a little over a week ago, with slight vision problem, similar to what I have when I get a sinus headache. I called the doctor on Thursday because i was stilled stuffed up and my vision was a little worse. I started a course of antibiotcs and decongestants, it has been 3 days. So far my vision has not improved. Has anyone had something like this? Is this more than just a side effect of my sinus infection?

I have had a really bad pain behind my right eye and on the side of my nose for awhile now. My doc put my on Bactrim DS for a sinus infection but I am still in severe pain. I use a Netti pot each day and recently have not been able to get the water to come out of my right nostril…just kinda backs up and goes down my throat. My question is…is having severe pain and stuffiness even after a week on Bactrim DS normal? I just figured I would get some relief by now.

I have a root canal treatment and I’ve waited for two months before putting the permanent seal and sometimes still hurt inside the tooth but the Dentist said its because of my sinusitis. Is it really normal that way?
