I dunno if its the weather… if its a cold or allergies.. but Ive had pressure, especially behind my eyes off and on and constant varying degrees of headache like sinus pressure through the day which tends to bother my stomach too. I could use ideas for home remedies or medicines to take. I took a regular Claritin since I was also sneezing some but my nose isn’t runny.. just itchy. This constant pressure is driving me nuts.. ideas?

Answer by PatyCakex I am sick right now too, A great remedy that’s hard-core but works is boil some water an pour it into a bowl put a tablespoon of Vicks in (vicks step is optional) and put a towel over your head and steam it out trust me it works, if you don’t get the instructions here’s an example:

i have had bad pressure in my head and ears for almost a year now as well as head aches, dizziness, lack of appetite. I went to the doctor a few days ago and she said its my sinus but its not exactly an infections although i have all the symptoms. She put me on guafenesin and zyrtec but since then i have been feeling a little worse. I am having difficulty trying to swallow i have had no relief in my head or ears..now i just feel like i have a full blown head cold. Is this how it is suppose to be?
I am 11 weeks pg. I also have a horrendous cold- stuffy nose, sore throat, coughing constantly… does anyone know if Tylenol cold & Flu is safe for me to take, or do you have a resource I can check out to find out? I can’t see my dr till Monday and I need some relief from this cold! I am losing my voice, and can’t just sleep it off, because I have a 4 yo son at home too… I get sinus infections a lot, so I would like to get this cold under control before it becomes a sinus issue… a list of meds I can take safely during pregnancy and a backup source would be appreciated.

My daughter is 6 weeks old. I am breastfeeding her. The thing is I have what I think is a sinus infection coming on and my appointment with the doc isnt until a week from now.What I wanted to know is what are some home remedies to help cope with infection.. and if there was anything i can do at home to help from getting it worse. I am taking benadryl cause I know its safe to take while breastfeeding.. But what are other things i can take or do that won’t harm my baby through breast feeding?
