Sinus Medication Solution

Hi I’ve had this sinus infection for a while and was wondering how long does it last and how to treat it?

My ears are plugged. It sounds like everyone is under water. My head hurts, my nose is slightly runny, I’m so very tired, my upper back, shoulders, and neck are so tight like I slept wrong. I’m confused. My doctor told me it was a sinus infection, had me on all different kinds of meds, and it’s still not better. What’s going on and is there something else I should be worried about? The ears are the worst. It’s so annoying!

I just quit my job so I don’t have health insurance right now. Just wanted to see if a sinus infection was like strep throat, and would go away after awhile? Or will it only get better with medication?

I have a sinus infection and just today my eyes started to discharge .. they are extremally dry and they burn like hell when i blink them, Please help and let me know how long this will last or something i can do to try to make it a little better .

i havce already tryed eye drops but so far that just made them worse .

I have been so congested, coughing sore throat, tired for 10 days and been on antibiotic for 6, they switched me to a stronger one 2 days ago. How long till good health??? I did have strep, but now it seems i have a cold or sinus infection too.
