yep, I do, and this is my solution.
My husband uses this to keep from getting bronchitis, and I use to to cure sinus infections. THere are many kinds of bacteria that live in the sinuses, and this gets rid of all the bad ones!.This is the only thing that really helped me — my Dr. told me about a sinus wash that will kill bacteria.
you need

distilled water
sea salt
liquid chlorophyll and colloidal silver from the health food store.
in a glass mix 1/4 cup water with a pinch of salt and heat to body temperature.
add 5 drops each silver and chlorophyll and mix.
using a large dropper (like one used for infant medication) drop 2 full droppersfull into one side of the nose while laying down.
Turn the head and let it drain out the other nostril. Be sure to have paper towels handy.
The silver kills the bacteria and there are several hundred kind that can live in the sinus cavities and anti biotics don’t get rid of them all.
Do this twice a day for a week, mixing up the mixture fresh each time.
Then do it once a week for maintenance.
There is nothing in this that will hurt you, and it cured me.
I do not have to take claritin, or antibiotics anymore.
best wishes

Question by Juni17: Sinus Issues (Please Help)!?
For the last 3 weeks my nose has been really runny and stuffed up. I really have not been able to breathe out of it and i have mucus constantly running down the back of my throat. This gives me a really loud and gross sounding cough. My throat is really sore in the morning but gets better throughout the day. I am not usually nauseous unless i swallow a lot of mucus. Also i have to blow my nose to try to get relief constantly but on occasion i cant get anything to come out. Usually i get a ton of yellowish mucus (it is darker in the morning) when i blow my nose. Besides the nose and occasional throat soreness i don’t fell feverish or flu sick. The only other thing is that i am more tired than normal.

Sorry for the grossness but i was just wondering if this was just a cold and i should just grin and bear it or should i see my doctor.

Also, i don’t know if this matters but no one I’ve been hanging out with everyday has gotten this sickness.

So yeah…i was just wondering what to do and when i can expect to get better

THANKS = )

Question by Love4Life: What are some of the best home remedies for sinus issues during the fall season?
This is for my friend, who is suffering from severe nasal congestion and sinus pressure. He has tried the Nettie Pot with salt water but it isn’t working, and he wants to stay away from OTC medication – and he’s tried most anyway, but they still have not worked. The doctor has said he’ll need surgery which will include breaking the bridge of his nose and he’s not ready to do that. Any home remedies that you know of would be greatly appreciated!

Ayurveda:
A sinus problem is caused by excess of kapha dosha, according to Vasant Lad, B.A.M.S., M.A.Sc., director of the Ayurvedic doshas. He suggests the following remedy for sever and painful bout of sinus congestion. The remedy is rather unpleasant, says Dr. Lad, but it works – fast.”USE a garlic press to squeeze fresh garlic juice, then put the juice into an eyedropper,” he says.

“Put a few drops into your nostrils and keep your head back so that the juice stay inside your nose for about five minutes.” Then, says Dr. Lad, sit up and let the garlic juice drain out onto a handkerchief or a tissue.

He says your sinuses should be quite clear. Use this remedy no more than once a day when needed for sinus congestion, according to Dr. Lad: during a severe sinus attack, he says it may be repeated up to three times a day – morning, afternoon and evening.

PainKillerHands.com As a Chiropractor in the small town of Meadville I see huge amounts of patients with sinus problems. They typical come to me because of other problems like neck or back pain but many times over and over not only are they reporting relief of their neck pain after treatment but also they explain to me that their sinuses are starting to drain. This is no surprise to me because I understand the relationship between the neck and the sinuses. Releasing the tension in the neck muscles improves nerve function and the flow of the lymph system. The result of this is increased blood flow to the sinuses and faster removal of your immune systems end products through the lymph system. The key thing about blood flow is that it increases the motility of cilia in your sinus draining tubes. Cilia are hair like projections that wiggle to push mucus out of your sinuses. The heat from the blood flow increases cilia motion. For that reason it is also wise to you a warm moist compress on your sinuses as well. To further results of this natural approach pressure points near the sinuses are like icing on the cake to this treatment. Just when you think you have got good results the treatment does not stop there. Spine adjustment made to the appropriate bones will also stimulate better nerve function to the sinus region. Once again, better blood flow to the sinuses is achieved. Over the years I would see patients that had sinus pain but with out showing sins of infection. With
