Sinus Medication Solution

My discharge from nose is yellow-green and i have a pain under eye on my cheek, esp. when i bend over. My ears and nose is stuffed badly. No more fever. I am taking decongestant. I am visiting in Canada and as a foreigner i have to pay 415 dollars to see doctor. I think its too costly. Can i beat my sinus infection without antibiotics?

I have this recurring sinus infection that will not stay gone. I need to see a doctor but even if I get a prescription I can’t afford to pay 60 bucks for antibiotics! I have NO money. Am I just supposed to suffer because I’m broke? If so, that’s ridiculous!
Isn’t there SOMETHING I can do?
