Sinus Medication Solution

yesterday i reazlied that i was having pain and tenderness in my nose. it is the bridge of my nose and the cartilage around it. the bottom area and nostrils do not hurt.
i have taken allergy/sinus meds with no relief. i have not hit my nose as far as i know. but it is really hurting me, causing some headaches, it feels a little swollen, and its stuffy/runny (drainage).
Anyone know what could be wrong with me?
I have taken Alavert.

I can’t take pills or anything that is harsh on my stomach, because my stomach has been messed up for two days, now. You know barfing , and the runs…. My boyfriend came home like this and gave it to me , the weird thing is that he had the same kind of headache too. but to me this feels like a sinus headache, any home remedies easy on my stomach? Thanks

forehead.i feel bad everyday and im very nausea from it.i was wondering i have central heat and cooling.i was wondering if this could make it worse or if there is something i can do for relief? i take hot showers,nose sprays sinus med.please does anyone have anymore suggestions,i seem to go to the doctor every other day.nothing is helping!!!
