Sinus Medication Solution

I always have problems with sinus headaches, etc., but never this bad. It’s around the top of my nose, front forehead, and around my left ear. it’s killing me! Of course, medicine never helps (decongestants and antibiotics). I figure it’s a sinus infection, but I’ve been battling a yeast infection for a month, so I don’t need that. Any other remedies you can suggest?

I’m sick with a cold so i went to the doctor to get Amoxicillin, also with sinus relief nasil spray. After taking Amoxicillin, and the spray, and hour went by and i was vomiting on going for 10 hours, even when there was nothing left. Then I started tasting a bitter flavor when i Vomited, maybe the nasil spray? Also, i got this red dot rash all over my face.

What do the red dots mean and why did i get so sick with the two medicines with ongoing vomit every 10 mins. Does Amoxicillin (Cold medicine) have that side affect usually?
also does it depend what kind you take?
wait so i should stop taking, what happens if i dont go back to a doctor without taking amoxicillin? will vomiting still continue unless alergy is cured?
also the red dots on my face are vibrating over and over. Is that a sign too?
