Question by ShoeGal: What helps a sinus headache?
I’ve had a terrible sinus headache for going on 3 days now. It started off with a sore throat but that’s pretty much gone now. Whenever I read or move quickly I feel dizzy/throbbing. My head feels like its going to explode and I’ve had a low grade fever on and off. Wondering if anyone has heard of any remedies/medicines that seem to help.

For me there was no bruising, no scarring, there was nothing and I got to go back to work almost immediately. I’ve been having this mind numbing headache for the past 3 days nonstop,it even keeps me up all night. I take meds brufen and panadol that gives me relief for an hour but then the headache is back again.
My friend says its sinus, not quite sure but if it is then I have to go see a doc, I saw something on Oprah that says this netty potty helps people but they aren’t available here.
I have tried steam which helped but again only a little while. Anything else that I can try?
