I woke up this morning and my soar throat is completely gone…no yellow sinus drainage & my lymph node is no longer swollen or painful to touch. I am very pleased with the results of this fast. I had a sinus infection, but the other symptoms disappeared a few days ago. My ears still pop every time I swallow or yawn. Sometimes it is just one, and sometimes it is both. I already took amoxicillin for the sinus infection.
