I Have Antibiotics For Sinus Infection, God Forbid I Get Bronchitis Will The Antibiotics Work For That Too?

My doctor told me to sleep with my window open and it made it worse. Could it turn into Bronchitis? If it does can I just keep taking my sinus infection antibiotics to treat it.
