Sinus Medication Solution

I’m in Guys & Dolls tomorrow (and its my final high school performance!), and unfortunatly I’m sick. I need a quick way to get better by tomorrow. I became sick on Sunday, and have been taking amoxcillian, sudafed, robitussin, & drinking throat coat (just got it today). My symptoms are a stuffy nose, sore throat (that has gotten surprisingly dry), headache, sinus congestion, cough attacks, and i’m achy. Any solution would be amazing since I have lines & I’m mic-ed throughout all ensemble songs.
