Sinus Medication Solution

i have had frequent headaches, dizziness, feeling faint, ringing in both ears, i can hear my heartbeat in my right ear very loud, i’m extremely tired. this has been over 2 months now. went to ear, nose, throat at that time i did have sinusitis with antibiotic treatment. these symptoms never went away. i am also very irritated frequently. i usually am very active. i’m in a fog now.
not anemia, i have had no episodes of seeing dark spots. by blood pressure is within normal.

I am still feeling horrible. My sinuses are draining, I’m coughing up gross stuff, and I’m still really congested. I just thought that I should have some relief by now. Do you think that maybe the antibiotics are not working? Thanks!
