Answer by Joe K I heard if you put your index finger and your thumb on the top of your nose (between the eyes) and if you put pressure there for a few seconds and repeat that 9 more times, then your sinuses will be cleared.
LOL sorry i gave you wrong information look at the video and go to 1:44, Its fact four he says to push the top of your mouth with your tongue while pressing the top of your nose with your index finger. hope this helps.
