breastfeeding and extremely congested-what’s safe to take?

I am nursing my 5 week old and am really congested and have a pretty wicked sinus headache. I’d like to get some relief before it turns into a sinus infection, but I don’t want to take anything that will dry up my milk or get the baby cranked up-she seems pretty sensitive to caffeine, etc.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Tylenol, motrin and advil are fine. Anything with a decongestant (to dry up your nasal passages) will dry your milk up. And if caffeine bothers the baby, obviously you would not take any of that. Steam will help you feel better.
Most antibiotics are quite safe for you to take, so if you should end up with a sinus infection, don’t be afraid to be treated.
