Extraction of my upper right wisdom tooth caused a whole between my sinus and mouth. I’ve been congested and stuffed up now for almost 2 weeks. The last few mornings when I wake up I can barely move my neck. How can I tell if the stuffed up/runny nose is just a common cold or a sinus infection? Is the sore neck anything to do with it or could I just be sleeping weird at night and that’s why my neck bothers me in the morning?

I just had a sinus infection about 2 weeks back it cleared up but at times I still fel a little congested and have some pain and pressure in the sinus areas but this week I been really short of breath and fatigue.Could it be from the infection
I’ve been using restasis for around 2 years with great relief from my “dry eye syndrome”. But, around the last year or so, my sinuses have become incredibly swollen with no other explanation. I’m currently on nasonex to combat the swelling with no results. Has anyone had a similar side effect?
