So I’ve always had sinus headaches, but I’ve been getting them worse this week, like they are intensified. I take tylenol, but it does nothing. My doctors office told me to add a little bit of caffeine in with it that, that sometimes helps. Well, that’s not working either. What can I do to get rid of these sinus headaches. They are debilitating and I can’t get anything done when I have them because all I want to do it lay down. Anyone have any remedies?
Is it possible to develp cat allergies after 45 days of having the cat or is that unrelated to Fall/dust coughing and runny nose.Usually do not have a runny nose. Please help. I am on meds for other thigns and would rather not take much and i am well acqauinted with Holistic and home remedies. No offense to those who that works for just did not to me. Maybe one pill that is easy on the stomache and no side effects.
I’m 3 days shy of the 13 week mark and have a sinus infection, which is making me feel so miserable! My head feels like it’s going to blow up. I had a list of “ok” meds and can’t find it anywhere. I think I took Sudafed once during my last pregnancy. Anyway, I’d like to avoid meds if possible. Any other tips would be very much appreciated!!!
I have chronic sinusitis and I only recently discovered sinus irrigation, and I find it very helpful in clearing out my sinuses. However, I feel like I am gettng a sinus infection now and one of my nostrils is pretty blocked and my cheek and head hurt a lot from the pressure. I’m wondering whether irrigation would help at this point or make me worse because the water might cause more pressure and pain.
