Sinus Medication Solution

Went to dr and was told I have a sinus infection. He prescribed Cipro, I took them as directed and finished them. My sinuses aren’t much better.Any suggestions on something that will give me relief????

I get very bad migraine headaches until I can sneeze and then it releases it. Any help, as bizarre as it may sound would be appreciated.
