Sinus Medication Solution

I am constantly have issues with a post nasal drip cough and sinus headaches. Headaches get worse after exercise and being outdoors for long periods of time. My dr has prescribed Zithromax for my cough, and I have used nasal sprays for the sinus pressure but the results are short term relief at best.

Im wondering if its time to see a specialist of if theres any other treatments I can try.

I’ve been to my doctor about 3 times in the past couple of years with sinus trouble complaint. Something I got off my father. I began having trouble at around the age of 17, and each time i’ve gone he’s given me some sinus relief spray, or a stronger one when i returned with thr same problem. My septum is slightly deviated to the left, but i’ve never thought much of it. On friday I had a fall and my nose received a blow. Since then it’s been in considerable pain and feels constantly heavy. Breathing is difficult. Today I visited my doc again, he had a look at it and told me he didn’t see anything broken, and ended prescribing me tablets for congestion relief! Which isn’t even the issue.
Does anyone have any advice? Should I see someone else?I’ve become sick and tired of being given nasal sprays.
