Question by Jedi Senshi: sinus relief medications without decongestant?
I have a cold that has moved into my sinuses and I’m not allowed to take a decongestant for relief (thyroid problem). Is there any over-the counter medications for sinus relief that don’t have a decongestant?

A drug-free saline nasal spray might be helpful. Adding garlic and cayenne pepper to your food can also help ease congestion. A warm washcloth over your forehead might also be helpful.
