Sinus Medication Solution

I have tried using a neti pot to flush my sinuses with saline solution, but all too often the water refuses to flow (even if I have the correct alignment, and wait for 5 minutes there is not budging!). Usually antihistamines will provide some relief, but right now I have no relief with them. Does anyone have any advice for me?

OK, so I get daily sinus headaches. Sometimes, it seems that I have one for days on end. They are usually very painful and are quite often debilitating. They hurt under and around my eyes and in the back of my head. If I get them in the morning, I really can’t go to school and if I get them in school I go to the office and try to sleep it off, which never helps. These headaches are really affecting ability to pay attention in class or do well on tests or even walk to all of my classes. I have tried everything I could think of including Tylenol Sinus, Motrin, Advil, Sudafed, Actifed, napping, hot showers, hot rags and a lot of other home remedies. For those who get these headaches, have you found any relief with anything whether it be medication or something else? Please help!!!!
I went to the ENT and he said that surgery wasn’t necessary, should I get a second opinion?
