Getting over a cold can suck, here is what I do. I take some things to help my immune system as well as take Ricola’s if my throat is sore. I will hit the doctor if i’m not improving after a week. My doctor told me that after 3 months you should be good to take antibiotics if you took some 3 months prior, and by that point you do not risk the chance of building up resistance, as you should only go on antibiotics if needed.
