Sinus Medication Solution

Allergy tests usually say that it is caused by dust, but the tests change their results at different points in my life. But no matter how much I vacuum and use hypoallergenic products, I still wake up sneezing a sneeze so deep that I cannot stifle it and rarely cough blood; my sinuses are always congested.
Astelin spray and Claretin pills give me relief, but I don’t want to take medication all the time.
Acupuncture works but I have to continually go back.

What should I do?

At school, we have to do a project where I have to find a lot of ancient remedies to get rid of sinus infections. The reason it is for sinus infections is because the teacher said use the most recent sickness you have had. And right now I have a sinus infection. Can any of you tell me ancient cures for this? Research it maybe? But don’t say anything like “tylenol” or something. Look into it. I really need your help!
