My discharge from nose is yellow-green and i have a pain under eye on my cheek, esp. when i bend over. My ears and nose is stuffed badly. No more fever. I am taking decongestant. I am visiting in Canada and as a foreigner i have to pay 415 dollars to see doctor. I think its too costly. Can i beat my sinus infection without antibiotics?

I was diagnosted with food allergies, the worst thing is that I am allergic to wheat and milk. I started an allergy shot treatment with my doctor and got much better on my allergies but had to take a diet of rotating foods. because of increase food allergy sensibility after the treatment.

This became a huge problem, “oh theres a cake” sorry Can’t eat until friday, etc.

Besides my improvements, sinusitis got worst and will have to get an operation also to correct deviated septum etc, and was told to go see another allergologist.

New allergy tests were taken and I turned out to be less alergic to previously allergic foods, example: wheat and milk. But I still got the sensibility (If I eat wheat on monday and again on tuesday I get sick).

The doctor was very confident and said “don’t worry, with these shots treatmen I will give you, you will forget about your diet in a few months”.
Could this be true?
