Her story: Theresa A. joins the countless others who have discovered that their headache and migraine symptoms, as well as related symptoms, could be eliminated through treatment of her neck. She remembers having headaches as early as age 10, which became more frequent and severe in her 20s. Sinus surgery and treatment of her allergies failed to provide consistent headache relief. She had a history of experiencing light and sound sensitivity, dizziness, nausea, and vomiting. Her headaches were occasionally preceded by an aura, including a bad taste in her mouth and a sensation in her head and sinuses described as a sensation similar to being under water. She finally found relief at the Headache Institute of Texas, in San Antonio.

Question by : what has worked best for you to cure your sinus troubles?
I’m using the netipot and nasonex I just started it seems to be providing some relief. But I’ve had a nasal drip for years and I also have these brown dried mucus balls that come out of my nose (my doc said they are from there so I know now that they are nothing super bad like coming from my lungs or something) and it’s extremely uncomfortable to swallow because of this. I also am a 1st soprano and I am constantly cracking because I am so plugged up so I am pretty much chugging water to break up the mucus ( I know that sounds gross I’m sorry) so does anyone have any other tips I can try? thanks in advance
ALSO: mind you this isn’t allergry related I just have terrible sinuses
*allergy sorry
also when I said they’re coming out of my nose I meant that was their origin but I was coughing them up. If you can’t handle reading it then don’t read it.
I will add I’ve seen an ENT before this was 4 years ago and back then he was recommending my sinuses to be drained because antibiotics weren’t working. But I guess times have changed as far as rhinitis and sinusitis is concerned and they don’t use antibiotics anymore because they don’t work. I have spoken with a doc and been prescribed the spray and the netipot and I’m wondering if theres anything I can do in addition to this as previously stated
