Question by Ms. Sanford: Could I have a sinus infection ?
I have a clogged nose. I sneeze and cough a lot. I have to blow my nose a lot. Sometimes my nose gets EXTREMELY dry {when I blow my nose} & it gets hard for me to even breathe through my nose because it’s dry and painful. My eyes water sometimes. I also have aches in my right top and bottom gums. They are horrible and get worse at night. For the aches I gargle with salt water but that relief lasts for about 10 min then I am in pain again. Could this be due to a sinus infection ? What are some ways to ease the pain ? Everything else I can deal with until it eventually goes away. PLEASE HELP !

Answer by Sheri its very possible but you best bet is going to a doctor to be sure. i’ve had several sinus infections throughout my life and that’s how i felt almost every time. and every time i would try to let it go away, but it only go worst so i had to go to the doctor so that they could give me an antibiotic. i hope you get better though.

Question by musiqschild: Could the antibiotics be to blame?
Two months ago I had a short term dose of antibiotics to treat my sinus infections which had gotten out of control.
Two weeks ago I realize I had a UTI and despite homeopathic treatments. I ended up on antibiotics again for a week. I finished the antibiotics on Wednesday past… and now I am sick. The UTI is gone but I seem to have a bad attack of sinusitis and a mild case of the flu. Limb aches, headaches… my chest feels as if its filled with phlegm or water and I feel so fatigue.
How do I treat this?
The last thing I want to do is go on antibiotics again… and I feel miserable.

Answer by Stephanie Oh gosh thats a lot to happen but youre right its the antibiotics. I would get on some good probiotics to get the good bacteria built up in your system.
Also I would take Uva Urse to help your bladder funtion properly along with your kidneys. You have a lot of toxins built up from the meds and your body is trying to get rid of them.
Eatting foods like blueberries and other antioxidants will boost your immune system.

Ok, iv been to the doctor a million times… and still no answers… iv been gettin headaches every single day.. and i have this horrible pressure feeling in my head and ears… Like a fullness… I have no other sypmtoms, no runny nose, or sneezing or stuffyness or anything so i really dont think its sinus related.. im having an mri of my brain in the morning… some people say stress but i dont know about that, im on zoloft 50mg, but the doc recently uped me to 100mg to see if it helps with the headaches. that was 5 days ago and still no change.. Does anyone know anything about this, or know anyone who has been through this.. what could it be, im going to lose my mind if i dont get some relief soon!!!
