Sinus Medication Solution

Is there any quick remedies that I can make at home (like a tea or coffee or pasta or something)?

i have tried decongestants, eating lots of fruit, drinking lots, vitamin tablets, garlic etc nothing works! my sinus’ are so blocked!! any advice for a quick relief without spending loads or having to search for unusual vitamins?
